Ingredients

  • 3 lbs of jalapenos
  • 2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
  • 6 cups of Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon of celery seed
  • 3 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cayenne pepper

Bring ACV, Sugar, turmeric, celery seed, garlic, and cayenne pepper to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes

Raise to heat to boil again and add jalapenos

Return to hard boil then reduce heat again

Simmer for 4 minutes

Add Jalapenos to jar using a slotted spoon

Then return liquid to stove and bring to a rolling boil for 6 minutes.

Process pints for 15 minutes and 1/2 pints for 10 minutes.
